RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

CHEEYA Skin care always ensures that your order is skillfully packaged and delivered with utmost care . Nevertheless , we understand that unforeseen situations may occur , leaving you dissatisfied with your purchase. In this case if you wish to return the product , please drop us an email at info@cheeya.com.pk
We offer return/replacement in cases only If :

* You receive the wrong shipment. 
* You receive a damaged product. 
* You receive an expired product. 

In any of the above cases , please raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery . 
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery. 
Please allow us to review your request. Once the request is approved ,  we will initiate the procedure . 
Upon receiving the return order , our services team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified , our team will initiate a return within 48 hours .
