RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Cheeya.pk. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with an order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility


Incase of any complaints, please contact immediately or maximum within 24 hours for timely resolution.
Our support system is available from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M (Mon-Fri).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Refund requests may be approved for:
Defective products
Damaged items during shipping
Wrong product delivered

2. How to Request a Return


To initiate a return/refund:
Email our support team at support@cheeya.pk with:
Order number
Photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A short description of the issue
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and respond with the next steps.

3. Return Shipping


If we approve your refund, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Return shipping charges may be covered by Cheeya.pk if the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
For other returns, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.

4. Refund Processing


Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds


Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, such as:
Items not in original condition
Missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned after the refund window

6. Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
